  • Booking directly with Maison Murphys gives you our best available rates and access to any exclusive offers available at the time of booking. Returning guests receive priority consideration for future reservations and may be eligible for preferred rates or greater flexibility for extended stays, when available.

  • Maison Murphys is thoughtfully designed for up to four adults or families with children ages 10 and older, with a maximum occupancy of six guests. It is best suited for guests seeking a quiet, design-focused stay and an opportunity to experience Murphys and California's Gold Country at a slower pace. 

  • Select your dates and submit a reservation request through our booking system. Every reservation is personally reviewed before being confirmed. We typically respond within 24 hours, and often much sooner. 

  • Reservations cancelled more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.   • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. 

  • Maison Murphys offers convenient self check-in. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

  • Maison Murphys is a pet-free property. If you plan to travel with a service animal or other animal protected under applicable law, please contact us before submitting your reservation request so we can discuss the property's suitability and any applicable accommodations.

  • No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the property.

  • Complimentary driveway parking is available for guests throughout their stay.

  • No. Events, parties, gatherings, commercial photography, and filming are not permitted without prior written approval.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, cooking essentials, and small appliances for preparing meals.

  • A complimentary selection of coffee and tea is provided for you to enjoy during your stay.

  • Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

  • Yes. Exterior security cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, side garage/barbecue area, and side yard for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home or in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

  • Each bedroom and the living room have their own mini-split heating and air conditioning system for individual comfort.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer at no additional charge.

  • The home features an outdoor flat-top griddle and a propane fire pit. For safety, the fire pit is intended for warmth and enjoyment only. Wood-burning and other combustible fires are not permitted anywhere on the property. 

  • The home is single-story, but it has not been designed as an ADA-accessible property. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking.

  • Historic downtown Murphys is approximately a 10–15 minute walk or a 2-minute drive from the home, with restaurants, shops, wine tasting, and local events nearby.

  • Murphys is home to dozens of wineries and tasting rooms, many located just minutes from the house. Visit our Local Guide for some of our favorite recommendations.
